There is also a clear link between O2 swings, and heart rate fluctuations, and it's clear that Apnoa events trigger a more agitated and then elevated heart rate. It will be intetesting to see if the GWA2's ECG Feature can be set to monitor this when asleep, or if the ECG feature can only be manually activated.
I've been using my watch for over a year and it was mainly fine (besides the microphone not being great for calls) but when I went swimming recently it started rebooting constantly and then it flickered and died. Since then it won't power on and since it's not under the warranty anymore the shop told me that the repair would be around $200.

Hello. Hoping you can help. I turned on waterlock mode and went for a swim today with family so just a leisurely pool swim. After I got out I turned off water lock mode and as I did the screen went green, flickered and looked like it had shorted out. The phone still vibrates when I receive messages or it charges but the screen remains blank. Options. 06-06-2022 02:00 PM in. Here in 2022 and now have a nonfunctioning Galaxy Watch Active 2 after swimming. I set water lock mode before, but now the watch does not seem to do anything. I thought the watch active 2 was waterproof. I have now checked several message boards here and Reddit and see many others with dead watches after swimming. Secondly, go to the gear wearable app on your phone under the "general" section of the menu, then you can remotely reset the phone. That may get you out of the boot cycle, then you can try to dry the watch and restore it from your backup. Of course, this will only work if your watch is still connecting to your phone during the boot cycle. Good Quick Solutions: Go to the Galaxy Wearable app > More Settings > Settings > Samsung Account > Sync Now. Disable Power Saving Mode on your phone. Connect the phone and watch to the internet. Make sure Airplane mode is disabled. Charge the Watch and the phone at least 25%.

I have an active 2 as well. I thought that they Oxygen tracker was for any type of watch. it only means that anyone with an active 2 has to spend more money on either a 3 or higher just to get the feature. I just wish that the samsung company can update it for all or any type of watch.
