Once I reinstalled Steam to the same disk as Crash Bandicoot was installed (both to D:/ HDD), everythink worked just fine. Interesting think is that I never had similar problem before with my other games, and all of them were installed to a different disk than Steam was installed.

The only bug that I have was sometimes the game showed XBox buttons promt instead of PS4 buttons. But just disconecting the PS4 controller from USB and reconnecting fix it. I was also using Steam API Controller (Steam Settings, Controller tab, General Controller Settings, and tick PlayStation Configuration Support). #1.
