Hi, My 57 plate Bravo Multijet 1.9 with less than 40,000 miles broke down last week, and upon recovery through my insurance to a local garage, examination
Where the bloody hell is the damn thing? i have a Bravo 1.6sx (2000) and have replaced all the injectors on it this week, while it was up on the ramps i decided to change the broken Reversing Light Switch and obviously lost some gearbox oil. however i cant find where you top it up? any help Manual gearboxes usually require a gearbox oil change every 30,000 to 50,000 mi (48,000 to 80,000 km). Automatic gearboxes usually have gear oil change intervals of between 60,000 to 100,000 mi (96,000 to 160,000 km). It’s advisable that you change your gearbox oil filter at the same time as your oil. If you have a gearbox leak repaired, then
Pump has 5 screes, 4 holding it, 1 for oil bleed. Accessed the screws from under the car and driver side wheel place (took wheel off). Took the pump down. The connector for the pump is on the left side as you look at the selespeed oil tank, disconnect it. Also there you can see the relay of the selespeed pump.

change the outdrive oil in bravo's at the end of each season. but I know down here you can use the boat year around. and if it was me I would change every 6 months if there is a lot of hours on it. also I would replace the water pump impeller every other year. because the material they are made of they only last about 2 or 3 years.

in addition you will need to pull the fuse box up, the one in the engine bay. I would recommend you get all these parts ( you could return what is not neededflywheel): -flywheel. -clutch kit (clutch plate and clutch disk) -hydraulic thrust bearing ( be careful with it because you could blow the seal causing the a leak)
Dec 27, 2016. #6. On one of the thread's here and a few others on the internet the cause of the M32 gearbox failure has a definitive reason. Poor Oil feed to 5th and 6th gear bearings. Most of the failure's have been on remapped cars pushing tons more torque than standard. Excessive accelerating in 5th and 6th gear causes the bearing to load
hi all been along time havent had any problems accept with me oil dark brown time for an oil change :) on sunday. but i hear rattleing under my gear stick S5w2z.
